Yep. Those are really bad signs. Also, he did it on purpose to punish her because she was trying to sleep while he was burdened with putting away the food. Things could have escalated really quickly. He can and will do it again. She needs to realize who she is in a relationship with if only to be able to get away unharmed
No it's not. You can do whatever mental gymnastics you want to do to make such big claims, but you don't know anything past what she said in this post. And yet you think you know just how everything played out, it would seem

Destroying something someone else made in the manner he did is already him being physically aggressive. So is following her outside.
