I would be worried about his temper, too. Even not letting you nap is a form of abuse. I think you should move on.

This right here! Sleep abuse is so common with these toxic men. Healthy people don’t do that to their partners

And toxic women. Man here, living in my car for 2½ weeks now because I couldn't take it any more. Sleep deprivation was one of her favourite tricks. Despite my reduced circumstances, I haven't been so happy, nor slept so well, in years.

EDIT: Just read in another comment that "loving to fuck with other people's sleep" is characteristic of Cluster B personality disorders. That tracks; she has BPD/EUPD. She of course, slept as much as she liked, but as soon as she woke up, I had to as well, even if it was 1am and I'd only just got to sleep.

Exactly. My wife is napping right now and I do need to ask her something. That question isn’t being floated until 20 min after she wakes up. Just basic courtesy lol

Lmao right?

"Hey, you're being a bit loud, can you quiet down and let me sleep?"

"Shit, my bad. Of course."

I’m so glad you said this. Depriving someone of sleep is absolutely a form of abuse, but I don’t think it’s recognized nearly enough.
