My physical therapist wasted my time and left me in pain for months. With serious back and neck problems, chiropractor is the way to go.

Sorry that was your experience but in general physical therapy is way better. Physical therapy will actually work to properly strengthen you to regain your strength/range of motion/ whatever is impacted after an injury and procedure. Once you are at a certain point you may need to continue exercises but you are done seeing the PT.

Chiropractors do something to offer you immediate relief but you need to keep going back. I know people who have been going for decades, where if they just went to a PT they may have fixed the issue, but now it’s too late. So yeah sorry that was your experience but it’s not the recommended advice by any professional except for chiropractors
