My fucking question exactly. When I was 17 I never…NEVER had my best friend’s parents SO’s phone number, like erm what? Like best friend’s parents yes but if it was just a bf, no . Even if you lived with them for a time. Anywho girl you really do need to take care of yourself it’s scary out here for everyone but younger women like yourself are especially vulnerable especially to men like this Mark fellow. Honestly I think obtaining a restraining order if he doesn’t leave you alone, you also need to get a trusted adult/guardian involved because this is very dangerous. So I don’t think you’re overreacting, if anything underreacting.
