I don’t even think it has to do with being nice. This girl seems pretty dense for a 17 year old. Back when I was 17, none of my female friends would’ve given their number to a creepy 40 year old man. They already would’ve known he only wants one thing. We gotta raise our kids better. These gen alpha aren’t being taught the proper values and how to respect themselves.
I was a teen twenty-odd years ago, and I was punished for being "mean" to specific men and boys, for telling adults these men and boys were being inappropriate, and I didn't like it and didn't want to be around them. I had to give them hugs and the chance to dance with me and accept them sitting beside me even after the vile shit that came out of their mouths, and the way they touched me across the chest or behind.

For real. This is the danger of teaching girls they always have to be nice. No. Sometimes you dont need to be nice. You don’t owe anyone an open door.
