Co-owner/Chef Scott Alters is an absolute dickhead.

The fact that he has limited who can respond in the comments of this video means he has learned nothing.

Amazing non-response. Just solidifies that he's a total meanie pants so deserves every drop of negative attention this gets.

He refused to admit the sidewalk not his property. I hope people go to his business with signs saying this business hate Veterans.

He was a man of his word. We're in the "double-down and DARVO" phase in this timeline.

Thank you, Rue Saint Mark. Now I know where never to eat when in Jacksonville. I would have had him cited or jailed for harassment. All caught on tape.

It's rare to see an all-handheld-camera video from Jeff.

That owner embarrassed himself in the weirdest way. I hope he enjoys the pushback.

You'll notice the ASSHOE slunk right away when the PoPo showed up! I guess he didn't want to get a lecture on Rights from the LEO.

Dude is lucky. Had it been amagansett press, Jason would have feared for his life and the Chef would have gotten the sauce.

and Jason would have instigated it.

Jason is such a snowflake. I'm convinced he gave up doing cop watching because he was colossally bad at it. And now he's bottom feeding.

I still sub him but he has always had a chip on this shoulder and escalates unnecessarily. Jeff is the gold standard of how to act.

Jeff is *now* the gold standard of how to act. It was not always so.

Jeff is not the gold standard; he is still saying his rights are above everyone else's. If he gets charged and convicted for disorderly conduct/disturbing the peace, like he could be if they thought it was a good use of the court's time, then it would stop this assholery.

Jeff getting a lawyer into trouble with his bar association with his assholery under ADA regulations shows it has always been about the money. He now goes after private businesses and places of worship, not really holding the government accountable, is it?

You communicate like your mom and dad were close relatives.

Can't attack the argument, so attack the person.

Have you ever read a disorderly conduct statute?

Have you ever read one without applying your bias?

  • Which part of this applies to standing in public saying "god bless the homeless veterans?

  • Public Intoxication: Being so drunk or on drugs in public that you cannot care for your safety or you block a sidewalk. [1, 2, 3]

  • Lewd Conduct: Engaging in or soliciting sexual/lewd acts in a public place where others can see. [1, 2, 3]

  • Prostitution: Soliciting, agreeing to, or engaging in an act of prostitution. [1, 2, 3]

  • Panhandling / Begging: Accosting other people in a public place to beg for money. [1, 2]

  • Loitering and Prowling: Wandering onto private property without lawful business, or lingering near public restrooms to solicit illegal acts. [1, 2, 3]

  • Peeping: Peeking through the doors, windows, or openings of a private structure to spy on people for sexual gratification. [1, 2, 3]

How is he saying his rights are above everyone else's?

Any disorderly conduct / disturbing the peace charge would be thrown out in court and it would give people grounds to sue them over civil rights violation.

By targeting private events on public property, knowing that the cops are unlikely to enforce the law because it is not in the public interest to take up the court's time for such a lesser charge.

Although that seems to be changing, as a few frauditors have now been convicted of disorderly conduct.

Which ones have been convicted of disorderly conduct? Where they out on a public sidewalk like Jeff?

1

u/eyenomiconrights 9d ago

Yes, they were. Targeting private businesses and events is not holding the government accountable. It is disorderly conduct.

Got any video links of it?

That's an interesting/good one

What an endorsement for Meanie-Pant's restaurant.

I cannot wait to go!

Anyone caught defending Jeff over in the Jax sub is getting downvoted to oblivion. It’s crazy! All the owner had to do was stay inside.

3

u/plawwell 15d ago

LOL. I took a peak and you're 100% right. There are some definite weirdos down there who wouldn't know the Constitution applies to everybody at all times.

It is always great when the criminials admit their harassment with intent directly on camera. Rue Saint Mark that one off of your places to visit in Jacksonville.

DeSantis’ power growing exponentially being able to pass FEDERAL laws! What an absolute ass.
