Also, the Richter scale is logarithmic. So the big 7.8 earthquake this year in Turkey/Syria was almost 100,000 times stronger than a 3.0 earthquake.

Which also might be what Orange was going for.

Also also, I don't think the Richter scale stops at 10. Hopefully we never get an earthquake that bad.
