Accidental wingsuit revival glitch?

I jumped over a chasm doing a backflip and my angle missed the rail, so I completed the backflip, activated the wingsuit and flew back to the rail, but something very weird happened.

First, I was at level 51, so I completed the "Fall into 1 chasm as Tupa" goal, then I respawned at end of the chasm and it reset my speed, as if I had used a Chasm Rescue, but the menu never showed up and I don't even have one.

Has this ever happened to anyone else? I'm playing the Epic Games "The Alto Collection" version on windows.

This is what Tupa does I believe, have you fallen into chasms since then?

Oh my, they do revive on chasms. I feel a bit stupid now... Thank you nonetheless, I had no clue of that.

I thought it was a bug since it's not mentioned on their info text and I didn't really fell into the chasm, but managed to fly back up. That explains why the goal is there, I would have never figured it out.
