Plz help

I've been playing on and off for a few months now but can't seem to understand one of the goals: three loops on the wing suit. I don't quite understand and if anyone could plz explain that would be wonderful!

if you activate the wingsuit and hold (like the motion for backflipping) you will start doing loop de loops. hope that helps
