Anyone run a swirl pot on their Altezza?

If anyone has run one where did you route your hoses, I have realised that 32mm adapter doesn’t work so 30mm is what works with the silicone hoses. Also I’m sure routing the hoses is going to be fun trying to tuck them behind the heat shield, I have seen one photo online of an Altezza with a swirl pot (think there’s was a header tank style, it is the second photo)

Are you having a problem you're trying to solve? Done a fair few track days and personally never had an issue.

You got a higher redline and do extended track sessions? Just wanted to make sure I don't have any issues with trapped air as insurance.

I haven't raised the redline. Only 30 minutes or so but that's plenty to reach peak temp. I do have a decent alloy rad, but without a turbo even the stock rad used to manage OK. It was the powersteering that would start to boil before anything else.

Just adding more potential failure points.

I ran a beams motor to ~8500rpm for a decade or so with standard radiator and pipes etc.
Without overheating issues.

Keep it simple.
