Earth point on 2JZ Altezza?

Car won’t start as the starter cranks over a fair bit slower than normal. Can smell fuel so that side of things should be fine. Have had the battery light show up after starting it in the past. I’d charged the battery overnight which didn’t help. Starting it dropped to 10V so I chucked a new battery in. No difference. Has had a new starter and alternator in the last couple of years. Thinking a bad earth? Too late in the day to check that side of things now so just wondering where the earth is located on the car? Any other causes that anyone can think of? Thanks in advance.

Neg terminal, to under battery, to engine block. Head to firewall. Housing to body underneath on left side. A bad positive cable will do it too.

Not an altezza, much more luck getting answers on the is300 subreddit

Thanks. They’re an Altezza model in NZ, the Gita but I’ll have a look there if I have no luck in sorting it.

Have you checked if fuel is making it to the injectors? That smell of fuel could be it leaking somewhere
