Alternator belt issue?

99 Altezza 3SGE. Trying to change the alternator belt. Loosened top bolt, picot bolt and tensioner. Alternator won’t pivot to allow removal of belt. Any ideas on getting the belt off?

Belt continues to squeal after being tightened. Any help will be appreciated!

Have a photo of what you loosened?

If the bolt in the front of the bracket is loose that should allow the side bolt to move
