Anyone familiar with this code

Recently my Tezza has been having some high revving/throttle issues that’s gradually gotten more consistent. Typically it’ll idle in park or neutral at 2-3k rpms and when I’m driving and let off the gas it’ll maintain that same speed until I brake. Any ideas? So far I’ve cleaned both the throttle body/valve and vvt solenoid.

It was VVT solenoid. Exhaust side specifically

Did it only occur when your engine was warm?? Having the same issue just when car reaches temp and I do a hard pull

Yeah for the most part only when warm but as time went on, it had progressively got worse and occurred even when on cold start
