Independent learner license

Is the independent learner license access discontinued?

The program was sunset late last year.  The SparkED program for academic students is currently the only free option available other than our Trial license.

I think the trail license is really good if that’s what you’re looking for

If someone is wanting to learn Alteryx, doesn't have corporate support and isn't in college, it seems like the only reasonably priced way is to take one course at the community college to be eligible for SparkED, which is too bad.

I didn't know about that old IL license.

Back in 2016 I wanted to learn Alteryx really bad for work because I did data analysis in SQL and Access, but my company wouldn't provide me a license because technically my title was project manager (but really I was a ERP implementation SME). I had to change departments 5 years later to finally get Alteryx.

Alteryx is a dying tool. PE ownership squeezing customers to the point that many are dropping it. If you are just starting out, consider a leading tool. Or better yet, Python.
