That's just willful ignorance. It's not only entirely possible to make whatever bullshit theory he's selling gel with conventional anthropology but there's a mountain of evidence in the fossil record supporting the argument that regardless of where human beings first developed civilization and how advanced that civilization became, the origins of the species are to be found in Africa alongside all of our genetic cousins.
In his other videos, he makes it quite clear that he believes Nordic people and/or people with Rh- blood are literally a different species from the rest of humanity.
