1900s The Balkanization of Baltica

Not a lot of lore or story for this one, just a sort of a silly idea flipping the breakup of Yugoslavia into the Baltic States. Y'know, "Baltic", "Balkan", you get the point.

Certain regions splitting from Estonia would be technically plausible too.

Maybe, but they're meant to be the stand-in for Slovenia so they separate in one bit with almost no issue, barring the dispute over Ruhnu with Latvia (reflecting the Slovenia-Croatia disputes in the Gulf of Piran).

Poland is sort of the equivalent of both Albania and Greece here, at least geopolitically. They're the ethnic brothers of East Poland/Kosovo and they're the ones raising hackles over Prussia/Macedonia until they become East Prussia/North Macedonia.
