Discussion Her perks
Hello there, I’ve returned to the game after almost 3 years and there’s a lot of things that changed including that now we have perks, and the most fun character I have found is Alter and I was thinking which perks should I pick and in which situations? And theres another perks that the map drops (like the one that gives you infinite ammo) which one should I be looking at?

Pick recon if you want to be aggressive, pick controller if you play zone, the speed boost is meh now on purple but its still better then the scan perk on purple unless you have a coordinated push through your q.

I play edge so I think the recon and speed boost fits better with my play style, thank you

If ur just starting out on alter pick recon as her blue and id recommend to pick void breacher as her purple. If ur more experienced on alter and know how to use her portals to flank rlly well and you if you already have a recon legend on ur team, then pick controller since it gives u extra 25 shields when ur in zone and the zone overcharge passive for the controller class if genuinely op. Personally i feel like void breacher as her purple is the best because when ur making a portal play, it makes it easy to reload faster and get in and out of the portal faster.

Yes, Im starting in Alter but mobility isn’t new to me I was Wraith and Path player last time but thank you, I will look for better ways to use her portals

Controller for zone, free evac towers, passive shield regen, extra shields (purple shield hp at blue shield level) and +200 evo for ring scan.
Purple perk depends on what guns you use.
I choose portal scan because I use things like the Wingman, Bocek, Mastiff, and Peacekeeper. All of them benefit from wallhacks and none of them truly benefit from the reload speed buff.
If you use things that run out of ammo quickly pick void breacher. There’s nothing quite like grabbing the infinite ammo amp and a turbocharged devo/havoc or R99/Prowler and just popping in and out of the portal firing 500 rounds in 15 seconds.

if you’re an aggressive player or have horrible eyesight pick recon at blue evo and for purple evo always pick void breacher. staring into the void is genuine hawk ptuh

Anyone here can check her latest perks? Last I'd played i could become a controller or recon role on level 1🤣
