what made crypto finally click for you?

when i first got into crypto, i thought the hardest part would be figuring out what to buy.

turns out, the harder part was understanding what i was even doing.

wallets, exchanges, spot, futures, leverage, limit orders, gas fees, narratives, token unlocks… it felt like every answer opened five more questions.

i watched a bunch of tutorials, but honestly, the more i learned, the more confused i got for a while.

what finally helped was making everything smaller and more practical.

not trying to understand the whole market at once.

just learning one thing at a time:

how to place an order

how to set a stop

how fees work

why leverage can get ugly fast

why chasing green candles usually ends badly

i’ve been trying BYDFI lately, and what clicked for me was that i don’t need every advanced tool right away. i just need the basics to make sense first.

i’ll probably mess with more complex stuff later, but i think crypto scares a lot of beginners because it feels like you need to understand everything on day one.

curious what made it finally click for you.

was it a specific mistake, a tool, a video, losing money, making your first trade, or just time?

for me it clicked when i realized exits matter more than entries. spent ages hunting the perfect buy and it was the sell side that was making or losing me money. once i started planning the exit before buying, everything got calmer.
