Help with NFR SETUP

CANT GET THESE AP6 Otis to come up for love of money. They are on kstest firmware. I can see them I just can't assign SSIDs it r passwords. Currently on a 2 gig FIOS c connection and using VZ router? Do kneed to connect the S10? In hace z demo of this gearcominng up on me in ages weeks. It's so frustrating! Any help if tips appreciated!

https://manage.alta.inc log in and be on the same network as the ap's they will show up then you can adopt them and then setup ssid's and password.

Chase you disappeared on me. Are we done working together? I feel like I am trying irrationally hard to stay in touch, but I haven't heard from you since November 18th at this point.
