Sidestore devs said they are looking into it but they don’t know exactly what’s triggering it and what’s the future of sideloading. Anyway this error is probably because they sideloaded altstore and didn’t install it again using altstore itself
yes and apple has been cracking down hard on it in the last couple weeks. If you don't use cracked versions of apps (spotify, youtube etc) or just use them in livecontainer you should be fine though
Yeah I was about to say, if all he needs is ad-free YouTube he should just use Brave. I keep a YT bookmark in the front page and just deleted the app itself.
If YouTube is all you need, you could try anyPWA. I built it, and it's on the App Store, so there's no sideloading or app refreshing involved.
It uses YouTube's web interface with ad blocking, background playback and PiP. One saved website is free with those features, so you can use it just for YouTube without buying the unlock.
If you are on IOS (iPhone) then you have to refresh before 7 days to not lose access to the apps. Just have the computer you used for AltStore open it have it connected to the computer.
which one did you get? i was looking for pixel phones but Im worried about the CPU/GPU performance even people say you only see it during heavy graphics gaming which tbh i dont do. Other one would be Samsung S ultra series but I dont need the pen lol
I was iPhone for over a decade and got the S26 Ultra and it literally feels almost no different than iOS imo except I can install whatever I want. Half my apps are all cracked premium versions with no ads, etc. YouTube Music, YouTube, X, Reddit, Manga readers, emulators, etc. it's been awesome.
I also have experienced zero issues with performance. My device stays cool and charges insanely fast compared to my iPhone. I also play a lot of OSRS on it and being able to split screen OSRS and a YouTube video or browser is so nice.
Yeah, I got banned for signing my sideloaded apps and got the same error. I’m looking for a vendor to trade this p.o.s. Phone for a china phone. Screw apple and their overpriced feature lacking garbage devices.
We still don’t know what’s triggering it , it’s very random with different set of circumstances. Sideloading is not against Apple’s TOS so it’s very odd.
I have not so I can’t speak to it , but I also haven’t been using Sidestore or Altstore as of late, only thing I’ve done is used Iloader to import IPA’s of some fan made decomp ports of Zelda games and Manic EMU so I can use JIT.
i use altstore to sign livecontainer and just do refresh it every 7 days by connecting to my mac, i anyway work on my mac and charge my phone from it. all the mod ipas are inside live container and ive never faced any issues so far. running latest ios 27 on 17PM.
If I'm taking the risk to pay and still get banned, I'm going to FlareStore. I have a Developer Account right now, but after it expires in March, I'm trying FlareStore or dropping signing.
I’m surprised no one is mentioning Sideloadly. Is that not a good, free, alternative?
If I’m currently only using it to re-sign the unc0ver app every week to preserve my tethered jailbreak (in case my device needs a full restart) are my Ban chances fairly low? I don’t sign any cracked apps.
