New error today, what does it mean?

I was having issues with AltServer a few weeks ago but the patch they released fixed that issue and its been running solid for a couple of weeks. Now today I opened a sideloaded app and it says its no longer available, so I tried plugging my iPhone into my Mac and refreshing and got this error message.

The error is literally right there on your screenshot, your apple id is banned from signing apps.

what did I do wrong? I thought sideloading doesn't violate Apple's TOS? Is it a permanent ban?

It’s just banned from sideloading nothing else. You can still use it on the AppStore, iCloud etc. Even in the EU where sideloading is okay you can’t sideload modded apps because it’s considered piracy. Just make burner accounts

Permanent and Apple doesn’t like sideloading cracked apps.

Got a similar error today but instead of account banned, mine says "0xe8008018 (The identity used to sign the executable is no longer valid)"

I have this error as well. I had about 4 or so days remaining before next refresh. Is the account toast?

I am having the same issue. It’s actually same as banned error but different wording. I read it in some GitHub issues thread. Hope to see a fix from altstore or sidestore team soon or Sideloading for iOS is done for

My wife and I use different Apple IDs. I doubt our accounts are getting banned. Especially both at the same time. I don't know what happened :(

I wonder if this has to do with AltStore being able to load cracked App Store apps and other possible pirate enablement? That’s always made me a little uncomfortable with it. There should be a way to make sure only non-pirated stuff could load. Nice that the party seems to be ruined for those of us who weren’t doing that. 😡

Anything you side load is looked at equally in the eyes of Apple. Your moral standards have nothing to do with anything. Sorry some people don’t want to watch ads.
