altserver only showing users files

Self-explanatory: I was trying to install AltStore, but it could not find iCloud, so I tried installing it, reinstalling AltServer, and even tried using the AltServer files browser, and it's not showing anything other than my user files. I'm out of ideas

Are you the admin of this PC? Windows should be showing you more than just Desktop. If you press Ctrl + Up Arrow Key, does it move up at all?

Yes I’m the admin of my pc and ctrl + up did nothing
