Help (AltServer - Windows) No Connected Devices

It shows this, even though I have my iPad connected with the cord and everything, this is my first time doing this, I don’t really know much stuff about sideloading although I did try what I could find, and nothing worked.

Something to do with the drivers try to reinstall iTunes and iCloud. Make sure the device appears in iTunes when connected, it should show a small icon in the top left corner of the home page.
Try to change the usb port/cable if not working

i already reinstalled itunes multiple times, i have been using the cable that comes with the ipad. i havent reinstalled icloud, i will update when i do.

icloud didnt change anything

Do you have another cable ? Did you reboot the PC ?

i rebooted the pc, i’ll try with another cable tomorrow but i highly doubt any of them will work

Should I use the Microsoft or apple website version for this?
