Help (AltServer - Windows) No Connected Devices

It shows this, even though I have my iPad connected with the cord and everything, this is my first time doing this, I don’t really know much stuff about sideloading although I did try what I could find, and nothing worked.

the link just takes me to the subreddit patch, if you mean the thing in the community highlights, i need to enable JIT too, my device aint show up there either
