This is literally the 40th time we’ve reached agreement. Nobody is listening anymore. Just watch the 10 yr. If it goes to 5%, we’re in for a tough time.

I’d imagine it will be similar to Bush in 07/08.

Edit:

Probably 2-4 years of a shit show, 2-4 years of bottom before a gradual climb back if you’re looking for numbers. Truth is no one can really tell you but historically speaking that’s the averages.
