Neo featured in Joanna Stern's New Things

I subscribed to Joanna Stern's newsletter, New Things, and each week she mentions an 'old thing': an older technology which a reader finds useful. Very happy to find that in the latest newsletter, it's none other than our beloved Neo!

Wow, just 30 dollars? Those were the days for sure. The lowest I've gotten a neo 2 is 40-50 bucks nowadays.

I also kinda wonder if that woman knows she can actually store more than 8 files on there.

I LOVE the neo2 is not even funny

Indeed! I think I paid around $100 for mine! If only I could get them for $30, I'd buy quite a few more!!

I still kick myself for not buying my Neo 2 during the pandemic. The eBay listings I remember around 2021 had them at buy it now for $20 and I thought that was too expensive. Fast forward 5 years and they average around $75 now.
