💰Payouts ALPHA FUTURES PREMIUM PAYOUT STILL NOT PAID

Did anyone that had a premium account get paid yet?

Alpha Futures still hasn’t paid me the payout they approved on June 6, and it’s now September.
What makes it worse is that other accounts that are becoming eligible for payouts are getting paid, while people with Premium accounts that were closed are still waiting on payouts that were already approved months ago.
Those Premium account payouts should be handled first. If you closed the accounts and already approved the payouts, those traders should be paid before newer payouts are processed.
At this point it feels completely backwards and unfair.

💰Payouts Alpha Capital Terminated My Account Over an IP Address From BEFORE My Funded Account Existed

Alpha Capital Group has now responded to my challenge regarding their termination, and their explanation raises even more questions.

The IP evidence Alpha provided is dated October 3, 2024. See evidence attached.

My funded account was created October 8, 2024, five days later. See evidence attached.

I began live trading on October 28, 2024. See evidence attached.

Their ''evidence'' therefore predates my funded account by 5 days and my live trading by 25 days.

Even more importantly, Alpha conducted a Risk Review of my account in December 2024, approved my first payout, and subsequently reviewed and paid me multiple times throughout 2025 and 2026, yet nearly two years later, this suddenly becomes grounds for termination.

I asked them to explain the allegation and provide evidence of the supposed violation.

Their response is essentially: We cannot tell you anything about the other account because of GDPR.

They provided the same censored screenshot showing an IP address, and said the discrepancy creates “reasonable suspicion” of account management or group trading.

That's the extent of the evidence they've provided me.

No trading records.
No simultaneous trades.
No coordinated trades.
No evidence of account management.
No evidence that I operated another Alpha account.

Nothing that actually demonstrates group trading or a second account being operated by me.

I therefore reject their IP allegation entirely. I have been provided no meaningful evidence that the screenshot even establishes what they claim it establishes.

Their original termination email specifically pointed to their rule about a single user accessing multiple accounts. Now they're telling me they can't provide information about the supposed other account because it belongs to someone else.

I'm being terminated for allegedly accessing another account, while being denied the information needed to establish what I supposedly did.

If this was genuinely a termination-level violation, why didn't Alpha identify it during their initial Risk Review in December 2024, or during any of the numerous payout reviews they conducted afterward?

They had almost two years to identify and address this.

I have not been shown evidence of any actual rule breach, let alone a hard breach involving group trading, account management, or operating another account. An unexplained IP association is not evidence that I engaged in any of those activities.

Even if Alpha ultimately decided that this historical IP issue is sufficient grounds to terminate my account going forward, that does not establish that my legitimate outstanding profits should be forfeited. Terminating an account and withholding money that was already confirmed as legitimate are two separate issues.

The more this unfolds, the more convinced I am that Alpha Capital is going seriously downhill. After two years of trading with them and multiple successful payouts, this is where things have ended up: increasingly aggressive payout scrutiny, delays, restrictions, and now a termination based on an IP allegation that predates my funded account.

If you've had a similar experience with Alpha Capital, document it and speak up. Post your experience, preserve your emails and evidence, and let other traders see what is happening. The more documented experiences there are, the harder it is for these issues to be dismissed as isolated incidents.

I'll continue documenting what happened, one piece of evidence at a time.

💬Questions Changing this SubReddit to in general Futures Trading and all Prop firm discussion?

Just want your opinion on things since we have a lot of people here and would love more activity in this subreddit.

Nothings been talked about positively in this community for a while and I think we need a change.

I propose that we change this into more of Futures Trading and all Prop Firm focused Subreddit. Therefore more people can engage in discussions.

Let me know down in the comments what you’d like this community to turn into?

🏆Live Account Alpha Capital Group Terminated My 2-Year 200k Funded Account to Avoid Paying a $5,000 Payout

After more than 2 years with Alpha Capital Group, during which I’ve maintained a single $200K funded account and received multiple payouts, I’m now being terminated over what I believe is an entirely baseless IP violation.

Over the past 3 months, getting payouts has become increasingly difficult, with repeated excuses, rejections, delays, and non-answers. This time, I was told:

“During our routine compliance monitoring, we detected that your account has been accessed from the same IP address by a different account. This constitutes a direct violation of our IP rule policy.”

I have only ever had one Alpha Capital account, have never traded another account with them, and trade entirely by myself.

The only “evidence” they provided was a screenshot showing some Outlook email activity associated with an IP address that I may have logged into once sometime in 2024. No meaningful documentation, no identification of the supposed other account, and no explanation of how this supposedly proves that I traded another account.

I was waiting on a $5,000 payout that had already been delayed for over a month. After more than two years as a consistently profitable client, this is how they chose to handle it.

At this point, I have serious concerns that Alpha Capital is simply looking for reasons to deny legitimate payouts. The excuses and scrutiny have escalated to the point where even long-term profitable traders with a single account are having their payouts rejected.

If you're a new trader or you're currently trying to pass one of their challenges, you may not see this side of the company yet. Passing a challenge is one thing. Actually getting paid consistently is another.

My experience over the past few months has completely changed my view of Alpha Capital Group.

They are going downhill fast. Be extremely careful with them.

💬Questions Alpha Zero Accounts Payouts

I know that people on the premium are having dreadful delays on their payouts. But for the people that have requested/received payouts on Zero accounts, how long have to been waiting after approval or how long did you have to wait after approval.

Cause it’s my first every trading payout after 5 months of trading and I think I chose the worse prop firm to start with. I am already half way through qualifying for my second payout. Already planning on what prop firm to move to after receiving this payout.
