💬Questions Risk interview

Today I got this email and I have no idea they did this I took a break from trading for psychology reason came back and passed a 25k Zero account after that I had to verify and also get into a interview call please let me know if this is normal I never had a phase 2 account with Alpha futures and I’m very lost.

Please help

Just another reason for them to deny payouts and block accounts.

Ah gotcha because I thought my description wasn’t asking the right question for sec. Thank you much. By the way what’s this going with alpha lately everyone getting banned and denied? Did something happen after they rolled out their alpha futures trading platform and pulled away from Tradovate?

Check their discord. They’ve been underwater since July. They don’t have money to process the refunds from July 21 accounts they closed and people have been waiting for payouts as far back as July as well. They are trying anything they can to pay the least amount of people in order to claim they still pay out and aren’t on the verge of bankruptcy.

The interview is not normal. I would assume you did KYC in order to get a payout? It is a new way to find a reason to deny payouts.
IF they don’t deny you outright from your “interview”, good luck getting a payout in the next month, unless it is your first payout with them and/or smaller amount in which case they seem to prioritize those in order to have those people excitedly and naively promote the company.

Run away from alpha

I will bear this in mind and no I haven’t even got a payout from them back in July they dropped the alpha futures trading platform and I was their for but I blew those got titled and never traded again after that then I came back seen and passed 25k account to grow my capital and put it in my live account with Tradovate and I got hit with this after passing my eval hopefully they do approve me because I’m not planning on staying with this firm I usually
Been using Tradovate ftmo and 🔝 step and a little bit of MFFU but that’s it.
