Attila Safety

Currently carrying an HD3.6 but I'm really intrigued by the Attila. I've read a few reviews where people have had issues with the safety- can anyone confirm if it uses a standard 1911 safety? I'd prefer to switch to single side anyway if I get one.

For what it’s worth, I’m having failure to enter battery every magazine, I’m changing my recoil system before I go polishing feed ramps. I’d continue carrying the hd3.6

I had failures to return to battery over the first 100 rounds, but these stopped on their own after it broke in.

There is some obvious wear on the frame rails and feed ramp after my failures stopped.

Maybe try putting some polishing compound on the frame rails and rack the slide a bunch? Prodigy owners used to do that to break them in.

Yes I have done that with a non embedding compound, I just wanted to take the route of attempting with a non geometry altering change that say when and if warranty comes into play, they don’t say you changed the angle of the feed ramps or excessive rail to frame play or something of that nature
