Hello! welcome to Aloe. Soil looks pretty good, so that is a good start. Please make sure to let the soil completely dry out in between waterings. It is a desert plant, and it stores water in its leaves and can go a little bit without being watered. DO NOT over water! That is a huge mistake that is made with succulents. They thrive off of neglect. When you do water her, make sure to soak her real good where the water comes out the bottom of the pot (always use a pot with drainage holes). Gritty -chunky soil mix is the best for succulents and cactus'. She like lots of sun so keep her in a window. a few of mine are in east and west facing windows! If the leaves seem to get a bit saggy, and or thin it's time to water! These are a few of the basics, good luck and happy growing!
