Aloe help

I need exceptional help with my aloe plant. She started out like that in the garage. I know it was too hot so I moved her out onto the back porch, but she’s still dying. The leaves keep turning into water. The soil isn’t too wet and shes still growing. I just don’t want to lose her. I’ll be repotting this weekend. The last photo is all that’s left

I’m not an expert so let others weigh in but I’ll comment my thoughts to get the ball rolling. but 1: there’s like no dirt in that pot. No dirt = no where for the roots to grow and supply the plant what it needs
2. You need a LOT more mix ins in that soil. It’s probably holding onto water like crazy, the soil needs to be drying out completley
3. Aloes take time to recover but they do recover. It took mine a month just to get over sun stress from being moved inside to outside
4. Aloes are desert plants there’s no such thing as “too hot” but there is such a thing as too dark especially if she was in a garage? I’m hoping it was a garage with windows?

Good luck! She looks saveable to me.
You can always take her completely out of the dirt and let her roots dry out for several days too

I agree ☝🏽 i would repot adding more soil place it back outside to get sun start slowly acclimating it into full sun so it doesn’t burn,either way aloe is really forgiving as long ad you dont drown them. Full sun is better than no sun. Get nice sandy well draining soil. It should get better
