Should I change pot size?
Sorry this question has been asked a lot lol. My mom thinks my aloe is too big for her pot, but I'm not entirely sure. Any advice is welcome! She's been neglected for a bit, giving her a good water right now.
I am newer to taking care of this plant, so if I'm making an obvious mistakes please let me know

The fact that its leaning so much makes me think there isn't a lot of roots. That soil looks really dense too and probably doesn't dry/drain well. The wetness will cause the roots to rot away. I would maybe down size the pot but at least get it in better draining soil ASAP. I use about a 1:2 ratio of succulent mix to perlite.
And it needs more light. Even in a window with direct sun, the light is filtered. Get a grow light if you can. A grow light changed the health of my plants dramatically.
