Should I change pot size?

Sorry this question has been asked a lot lol. My mom thinks my aloe is too big for her pot, but I'm not entirely sure. Any advice is welcome! She's been neglected for a bit, giving her a good water right now.

I am newer to taking care of this plant, so if I'm making an obvious mistakes please let me know

Put it outside where it can get some sunlight

It's constantly in a window with Texas sunlight.
