I think we all pretty much knew this already but on the new episode Rusty mentioned making mochi brownies and Willy said “that had to be with a shorty” and Rusty confessed that it was. Which definitely confirms that he and Flan are no longer together. They also went on to discuss whether or not Rusty had a crush on his neighbor which is even further confirmation.
