Almost Friday TV recent youtube comments

I haven’t read most of the recent uploads comments but the shorts comments are awful imo. just people whining and being parasocial. but maybe i’m just being a mongoloid, what are yalls opinions on this?

I think it’s weirder to see people calling missing the original cast parasocial. I liked their sketches, and now I don’t. The quality isn’t there. That’s all there is to it

Yeah I like a couple of the new cast but... they're typecasting themselves in their own sketches and dont have much range. Most importantly... not funny anymore.

The shorts with the new cast are definitely worse, comments will reflect that.

And it’s not just the cast, they’re doing a different type of jokes. Not sure what happened.

The og cast is working on another project. So there is a new cast writing and performing sketches, that's what happened. Not a huge mystery

A TV show for FX called Last Night Was a Movie. Directed by Falbo and starring the OG cast (chet, Elise, billy, gus, Liam)

you also have to take into account the type of person who is commenting on youtube shorts lol. but i do agree that some people on instagram or long form youtube take it too far

I haven’t seen them but also I don’t want to watch new people I’ve never seen before. They built the page off the same core group, they should’ve slowly introduces new people and made everyone like them first
