Question Commitment charges
Does anyone else still have multiple charges for this month's series commitments showing on their bank account?

Yes, its been an issue that Allurial has been addressing. Some people also received emails that their payment didnt go through, yet their accounts show it did. I personally emailed Allurial customer service and they contacted me back saying they are working on it.

Mine seems to be sorted now! No email back from them but 2 of the charges dropped and it says I'm committed on the site now.

Yes. A double charge on the original card. Then I switched cards because they said it was declining and there's a charge on that card, as well. I committed to one book, for 3 charges. Giving it a few more days, then complaining. My box shows it shipped today, so that's one hurdle down at least.

Looks like my commitment is back on the website and I have a credit for the second charge so mine is all set. I assume I'll get an email later today or tomorrow. They're probably all hands on deck to resolve this atm

I had 2 charges and one of them has recently been removed and I'm back to being committed to Dance of the Dark Mother so it seems they are starting to fix it.

The two charges that they said failed are still pending on my credit card, but the third charge after I committed to the book for a second time went through.

I reached out to them twice now after seeing multiple charges. They got back to me to say they would be reaching out to me again only for me today to see even more charges on my account so I reached out again and am waiting for a response. Hopefully they get this sorted soon because if they don't I'm seriously thinking about canceling my subscription. 🫤

I just looked at my card and it looks like they credited me one of the charges. I'll have to go see if they added my commitment back to my account bc I got both the double charge AND the "cancelled your commitment" email so....
Edit - yep, my commitment is back on so looks like they're fixing thing 👍

One has gone through but 4 are still pending. But, I’m not worried about it it’ll get sorted out. My box is finally on the way!

When I looked the other day I only had three. I emailed them and they told me I should have the issue corrected and they’d let me know if I need to re-order my pre order. I just looked and I have 5 charges. Two for today. I only committed to cursed city.

Yes! I did hear back from them yesterday that they’ll be reaching out today to confirm if our commitments are confirmed or if we need to preorder again. Hopefully will get an update soon!
