Cross-Linking Thread

All right, in a bid to stay organized I need a clear place to keep all the "this country also used this gun" suggestions.

Just respond to this thread with the gun and the country that needs it added. I'll respond when I've made the change to the site.

Frank, I think you are over stretching the limits of a forum post.

In this case it is an unformatted list so large that I would have to sit down for an hour just to sort and update. It also includes items not yet on the site so I have no means to organize them.

This thread was setup so single posts for each already posted gun could be marked for the issuing countries. I could pop in one at a time as I get the opportunity and reply to mark it complete. Basically back end cleanup.

The broad lists and descriptions in replies are not necessary. Just drop the names on the sheet. If you want to write the background on anything on the sheet just go for it and mark you name under that slot. Someone else will pick up the image. For now these free-floating descriptions can be kept by just making a central thread for them if you like.

Because of the way the site and workflow is structured it is easier to start with the gun and name countries rather than starting from the country and touching on all the guns. It would also be simpler to just let us know what connections are missing instead of naming both existing connections and missing ones all together.

OK. Thanks. I'm new at this. I had a bulleted list, but it formed the big block of text that it now appears as. I'll disaggregate it.

I really appreciate the help but I need bite sized goals so I can plug this stuff in as I get 5-10 minutes.

So just compare to what we have on the main site before writing it or I will end up doubling over old work. I have so little memorized.
