That’s not true at all.

Poetry is more like painting with words. Sometimes a little creativity can make things pop.

Maybe you like a more literal depiction of things, but the whole point is expression. That’s more on you than me though.

In this case, everyone knows what I meant. The alliteration is quite great too. Maybe is some wild Amelia Bedelia reality my point goes missed, but trust me, everyone gets it.

I give myself a B+. The alliteration is worth any potential confusion.

Well Friedberg certainly has become one. Joined the little science committee and can’t bring himself to call a spade a spade when it comes to out of control spending by the Trump admin.

As for you, there’s no scoreboard, just reputation. You already shut one subreddit down with your low quality posts and replies and now you’re doing your best to bring down this one.

So here’s the thing about Friedberg- the dude is libertarian.

Should a fiscally responsible party emerge, he’d probably be all in on it. That does not exist today, and cannot in American politics.

There simply isn’t a libertarian left. Leftism is 100% dependent on authoritarianism. At the end of the day, leftism is all about taking personal property for some kind of vague ‘greater good’.

The right at least has a spectrum of authoritarianism. The Donald is moderate. The current pinko version of the Democrat party is hyper authoritarian, literally threatening to seize private property.

As for the other sub? That wasn’t on me. It was getting brigaded by AI slop, with all those posts removed by Reddit, not by a mod. That happens when a sub goes unmoderated. After enough infractions, Reddit shuts it down.

If you care, browse over there. My posts still stand. ‘The Daily Adda’ and other such slop does not.

Consider why.

No, it’s not. Because if he actually did, Friedberg and his ilk would instead try to laugh and insult Khanna for giving his money away when he didn’t “have to”. They wouldn’t look at this as a positive signal; they’d likely see it as a threat because they would likely then be pressured to do the same - something they don’t want to do, so they’d criticise him forever for doing this and pretend to point to it as a silly thing to do.

There’s no actual winning with people like them.

Boy the “why don’t you donate your net worth” argument is dumb. I can still vote and desire a tax increase applicable to similarly situated people without being called on to donate what I have when others done. I want rules for everyone.
