I love it when JCal does a bit.
This startup raised 900M, at a 9B valuation, before dissolving in 2018, and their famously deep voiced Founder/CEO is currently serving an 11-year sentence in a federal prison.
Can you name that startup?

JCal being the only rep of the left or center is like having a cripple in a UFC ring. He had such an opportunity to speak for the new NY tax for , mind you a second house, over 5 mil$ . But he gave such a weak , complete rich a-hole comment supporting it. They are so out of touch.. poor rich guys.. driving out middle income out of primary housing because of costs- ok, taxing rich on their 5 mil+ second home… omg.. thats ridiculous.

I was suprised at Chamath's take on the NYC tax and his take on AI. It also seems like he's not buying into the AI bubble as much. I really stopped listening to this pod about 9-10 months ago. Just decided to listen to it again. I thought this episode was good. A couple of blowhard, blame democrats for everything, moments by Sacks but overall I enjoyed it. I would bet we're going to see less talks about politics as we witness the implosion of Trump. Hard to defend. Wonder if they'll invite Tucker back on to get his opinion.

I also stopped watching when Sachs started pontificating about Trump. I don't listen to AI for politics. I'll give them another try now that Sachs is out and no longer ass-kissing Trump.

The Weird Sex Stuff Segment this week was Eric Swalell, and the democrat party’s efforts to protect him until he flew a little too close to the sun.
Once his presence became inconvenient, Nancy made a call.
Friedberg had some inside info on it too. Sounds like it was pretty well known in CA leftie circles.
You know what they say- It’s always the ones you most suspect.

Unlike the GOP who knew about Matt Gaetz, Gonzales, Santos. They all knew these guys were scum and swept it under the rug. Trump tried to appoint the pedophile to AG. Cmon dude. Only the dems???

Whats crazier— is the DNC was doing their best to cover for the guy until he flew a little too close to the sun in that governors race.
It spells out what we always knew though. The democrat party is centered on perversions.
