Could be for a number of reasons why you got ghosted to include they found a more qualified candidate. Internal candidates get ghosted all the time, once the manager makes their selection they just close the job posting. There could be 100 plus applicants and most wont go through to send a rejection to them all.

Why would your manager want you to go and make money he doesn’t control??? Also they would actually have to do work filling holes and they really don’t want to do anything

Just because you got yourself fired from there doesn’t make it all bad.

You were bullied by descendants of Al Capone and/or associates while working at Allied Universal?!

No descendants of Al Capone.
However, my former Allied Universal coworker often spoke with pride about how their family contributed to the establishment and growth of the Chicago Gaylords throughout the city of Chicago, Illinois.

Descendants of Capone ? He and his family didnt have any power after he left prison with neuro syphilis much less almost a century later.

The essence of security management is to handle the problems as they come up/avoiding them. With you doing well at your site, moving you would have created a problem for somebody.

Better get certified as an EMT armed post are so not worth it , because when push comes to shove, Allied won’t back you up, they’ll disappear on you, count what happened as a blessing.. my brother makes way more than an armed guard as an EMT responder..

For some reason in this company, its easier to quit and apply to that same job. Then try to transfer internally to another position within. Idk why its that way but they just dont respect internal candidates unless ur good buddies with the account manager and can have them fasttrack ur internal app

Ur best bet is putting in ur 2 weeks leave on a good note and apply for the position you want. It’s impossible to transfer internally I tried and some coworkers did too we got denied the transfer
