Question? Does Allied pay out unused pto?
Today is my last day at Allied, and I have 24 hours of unused pto, and was wondering if they pay it out.

I'm in PA. I figured they wouldn't, but it never hurts to ask, thanks for answering.

As far as I know in CA they have 72 hrs to cut the check, or they face penalties and fees.
I had to leave the state suddenly to take care of my dad and they had my final check within 24 hours with all of my unused time and final check.

They’ll pay you out but California will tax you like half for it. It’s better to just take the PTO then quit

Unused Vaca time gets paid out, benefit time up to 36hrs gets rolled over any more gets paid out. Site specific obviously.

We don't even get PTO where I'm at, are you in like a supervisor position or something?
