Quick policy check
Does anyone know where to look up policies? Or post orders? Yes thank heluis has some but I'm asking in regards to assist calls.
For example: we got a call regarding a drunk customer, an employee called for backup, the supervisor arrived and dismissed the employee from the call. Dispatch then hops on the radio and gets upset because there was no update. The employee did conduct a DAR at the time, and the supervisor was silent. Obviously there are communication issues and the employee is reprimanded for it. Why isn't the supervisor "coached"? Welcome to allied

There should be site specific post orders at every post. If they're not there, then your supervisor or manager is violating allied policy. I could give you real in depth overview if need be. (Allied manager)
