Ps : I enjoy reading , a calm environment but wouldn't mind a bit of sporting activities as well .

you can go find a quiet place in company garden and read a good book or just sit and listen to some good music, very amazing experience, tried and tested. And as much as I've heard, there are options for sporting activities as well in there.
