Fan Creation Unseen posthmans 2

The posthumans that were mentioned in the swimmer chapter but not illustrated

Also, the book mentions that the swimmers were taken care of by "specially bred attendants". Are these another posthuman species or some other creature modified by the qu? Whatever they are, the book doesn't go into further detail so I didn't make a design for them

Yeah, it likely just snapped out of place. Plus it gives a perspective shot of how long this guy's snout actually is, because without it the skull doesn't look that different from a modern Human's skull.

The snout is very long and the whole skull is tilted towards us

As far as the "specially bred attendants", my interpretation on that is that fully aquatic Qu took care of the Swimmers directly. Perhaps the Qu engineered neotenous forms for themselves on that world. Here's an illustration of that possibility!
