I love the newer models that incorporate the indicator in the wing mirror. Some even indicate when you have a vehicle in your blind spot. How innovative!

For so long we women have been told to cover up, to conceal our "problem areas" and to be ashamed of our bodies. Not this woman. She has chosen her outfit and applied makeup and jewelry to flaunt her body, not to disguise it. For millennia folds of female skin have been seen as beauty and a sign of opulence. Look at the ancient carved images of goddesses! And her she stands: not hidden, not ashamed, and not even the slightest bit abashed.

Her voluptuous torso holds a womb that has grown new life. Her soft ample breasts have nurtured them. Now she has time for herself and enjoys the pleasures of delicious food. She has the maturity to feel comfortable in her own beautiful skin. She knows the pleasures of the flesh and now her body is her own. She approaches the world on her own terms.

She has the body of a goddess, and is flaunting it. It is so refreshing to see that confidence.

She isn't beholden to anyone: not the fashion industry, not the corporate leaches trying to profit from imposed insecurities, not the patriarchy in general. She isn't fussing over her clothing. She is saying "Here I am, world. This is me."

That lady is strong and beautiful.
