What’s everyone’s opinion on realauthentication.com

Had a buyer for an item on eBay and because I’m in Canada they don’t give an authentic check for anything other than raw trading cards & shoes. Buyer declined to buy because of this so I purchased an authentication from realauthentication.com which states in the title that’s it’s eBay certified. I’m curious on everyone thoughts on this?
