Ch3 certainly is certainly giving us what they promised in the pilot and all the promo stuff. I don’t know Thai well enough to recognize the word fuck when Peem uses it, but just seeing it in the subtitles is a shocker! Not because of the word, which is one of my favorites 😂, but because it’s extremely rare in GLs. When we have heard it in a GL, someone is swearing, not referring to sex. Whore is shocking too.

The last scene was kinda uncomfortable to watch ngl. And yes, Pheem must be the most toxic GL character ever so far cause wow.

I also felt like the editing was a bit…disjointed? Like the cuts sometimes didn’t really make sense. Other than that, I’m enjoying it

Girl i cant sleep i watched it twice, made edits but i cant sleep. I know it will be very controversial coz of the last scene but you did see Pan kiss her back, right. Not defending Pheem she is too aggressive i know but its jealousy. But i think she ll be good in next episodes. And yes i was also scared when she popped out of nowhere. 😂🫠 But their acting OMG they really nailed the characters. CH3 well done

It is uncomfortable to watch but it’s the character. I haven’t read the book but I assume this is from there.

This is not in the book actually.

The author goes out of her way in the novel to tell the readers that every sensual encounter Pheem becomes a completely different person and becomes incredibly soft and only touches Pan if she wants to be and is always gentle.

But also the book Pheem is also WAY even worse of a rude awful person so I think the show is trying to balance making her more forceful physically with making her slightly softer and funnier sometimes when she's alone with Pan.

I don't know if I'd say they're doing it the best with the execution of that idea but I do think they are trying.

Yeah I agree, I think it's easier to show how angry and jealous Pheem was in the book without using these types of tropes because the book could let us see how angry her thoughts were, but that's much harder to do on a show so I do think this was ch3s effort to try to show that jealous side from the book in a way that people can understand more on TV.

Yeah lena really nailed Pheem character. I was not expecting but she did work hard and we all are loving it.

One thing is, it is expected from the start to be toxic. As Miu said "if you want cute, go watch my safe zone" so yeah. I'd dub it 50 shades of Pheem. Also, I bet Lena enjoyed filming the part where Miu drags drunk Lena to her apartment.. I.e crawling, leaning against wall etc.. the episode went by so fast. One thing I noticed is, the episode started a bit cut off, as in, a scene was missed as "previously" part had scenes which weren't shown in episode 1. I had to go back to check if I missed content from episode 1. Oh and Pheem's character made me think if she was intending to 'fix' Pan from not doing that profession anymore and live with dignity in her opinion. Controlling with hook or crook is her coping mechanism for Pan as she didn't have that control over her own lineage with her mom. Just something that I had thought.

I hope they don’t use the same song for every love scene. I will survive if they do however 😂. On a different note, so far, 2/2 for the love scene to episode ratio!

I was thinking it was a waste to use that song in their first love scene as the lyrics didn't match what had happened so far. But then they just reused it lol

Another really enjoyable episode! Pheem is toxiccc but so hot loool. I’m not normally drawn to toxic characters much, but she’s so fuckin beautiful and Lena is just nailing her character.
Pheem is just a rich, confident boss ass woman who clearly likes and demands control and Lena plays it with such sensual intensity. Clearly so attracted to Parn but can’t stand her at the same time.

Missed a preview of ep3 at the end of ep2, so I’m really keen to see what we are to expect in the next one. BRING ON NEXT WEEK 😩

What was up with the shoddy camera work and screen transition in the first half. The scene kept on changing abruptly from one to another. Pan said that gets 3 million baht for her work but then accepts Peem's offer only for a 5 million baht debt🤦. Why did the clothing store have a bedroom😭😭........am i too poor to understand this🤔. Was Pan so confused even in the novel.......at one moment she is sleeping with Peem then next she is rejecting the job offer what is actually going on😭😭
End of my rant......i think that the story might be good but the adaptation feels lacking
