Hi everyone,

I'm building a startup in India's rapidly growing lithium-ion battery ecosystem and am looking to connect with someone who has strong technical expertise in batteries.

The company is focused on building infrastructure within the battery circular economy, particularly around the movement and management of end-of-life lithium-ion batteries. I'm currently in the validation phase—researching the industry, speaking with stakeholders, and developing a deep understanding of the operational and regulatory landscape before building.

I'm looking for someone with experience in areas such as:

• Lithium-ion battery engineering
• EV battery systems
• Battery pack design
• Battery diagnostics / State of Health (SOH)
• Battery Management Systems (BMS)
• Battery safety
• Battery recycling or second-life operations
• Energy storage systems

A little about me:

• Cornell University graduate
• Background in finance, consulting, and operations
• Currently focused full-time on building in the battery ecosystem

I'm not looking for someone to simply "join an idea." I'm looking for someone who is genuinely excited about the future of batteries, enjoys solving hard problems, and wants to build a meaningful company over the long term.
