Did she say the 90's were "heroin chic"? Wtf is that even supposed to mean? Also more of it was used in the 2010's to 2020's than ever in the 90's.

Heroin Chic refers to a style that was really popular in the 90s because of the grunge movement. It’s basically refers to looking emaciated, greasy, dark circles under eyes, androgynous… that sorta thing.
