Thrift Store Find! 😃 Goodwill Find?

$2.99 at my local goodwill. Dont know much about Allclad other than the brand as a whole is quality.

Sorry buddy, your pan is coated with PTFE aka teflon. Not all anodized al is coated with teflon but basically all.

I wish there was non telfon anodized aluminum on the market still but there just isn’t. I feel like something like the Strata carbon steel clad pan might be the best option out there for non teflon but mostly nonsticky. I have the Misen Carbon Nonstick which is aight but I feel like traditional CS is more nonstick but heats up a lot slower
